A For Effort started back in 2003 with Rob McBride on guitar/vocals, Donnie McBride - Bass/vocals and Jacob Wright on Drums. After putting out one album called "The Simplicity Of It All" the band had moved on. Currently, A For Effort is a one man band with Rob McBride writing and recording everything.
